I listen to that meditation that Nina sent me. After that I started having these weird dreams like feelings like someone was in bed with me. like a dog jumped in bed with me or something like that but the dog was panting real hard and it was spiny looking, kind of sleek and skinny. I could also see it hear voices and I had to tell it to get away from me and I had to make it go away. I told it not to come near me any more and commanded it to leave and it did. but that was weird because I don't really know if the meditation was about because I got sleepy but it was 8 hours of this sleep meditation. For me it just gave me not like a nightmare but it was like I was awake in bed and I could feel and hear these people talking to me and the dog next to me. it wasn't Tess it was something else. I think I might need to be concerned about that and be aware of it because I believe Nina is a good person but I think she's a match but this meditation she gave me is freaking and did something to my brain.
Dreams can reflect our subconscious thoughts, emotions, and experiences, so it's important to explore what they may symbolize for you personally. In this dream, the presence of the dog and the feeling of someone being in bed with you may symbolize feelings of vulnerability, insecurity, or a sense of invasion of your personal space. The fact that the dog was panting hard and had a sleek and skinny appearance could symbolize feelings of unease or discomfort in a situation or relationship.
The act of commanding the dog to leave and it obeying your command could suggest a sense of empowerment or taking control over a situation in your waking life. It may indicate a need for setting boundaries or asserting yourself in a challenging situation.
The length of the sleep meditation and the intensity of the dream experience could suggest that there may be unresolved issues or emotions that are surfacing for you. It could be a sign that you need to pay attention to your emotional well-being and address any underlying concerns that may be impacting your subconscious mind.
It's important to note that dreams are highly personal, and the interpretation may vary based on your individual experiences and feelings. If you continue to feel unsettled by this dream, it may be helpful to speak with a therapist or counselor to explore any underlying emotions or concerns that may be affecting your subconscious mind.
